EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
for Addition to JAMPRO ICT/BPO Space Database

In keeping with its mandate to expand the local Information Communications Technologies/Business Process Outsourcing (ICT/BPO) sector, the Jamaica Promotions Corporation (JAMPRO) is pleased to invite eligible owners and agents of commercial real estate to submit expressions of interest for inclusion in the JAMPRO ICT/BPO Space Database. This Database will include commercial space that is ready or which may be converted to appropriate space for the establishment of ICT/BPO operations. Such commercial space, which must conform to proper building codes as stipulated by the Local Government authorities, are best situated in Montego Bay, Kingston, Portmore or in close proximity to major population centres. The minimum amount of square feet necessary for inclusion in the Database is 5,000 ft2.

The ICT/BPO industry is a rapidly expanding industry with strong growth potential that could materialize in a doubling of the size of the sector and the creation of a significant number of jobs. By adding your property to the Database your information will be made available to prospective investors in this growing industry.
