The Jamaica Employers’ Federation (JEF), the principal organization representing Jamaican employers on employment and workplace issues will host its twenty-seventh (27th) annual Business & Workplace Convention and EXPO between May 21 – 24, 2009. It is the largest convention of its kind in the region and attracts local, regional and international presenters.
“SUCCEEDING IN TURBULENT TIMES: Partnership, Performance, Productivity” is the theme for this year’s Convention, which will be held at the Sunset Jamaica Grande in Ocho Rios, St. Ann.
This primary learning event is attended by hundreds of leaders and practitioners from a diverse range of business and professional disciplines including Human Resource Management, Finance, Manufacturing, Marketing and Government and provides an excellent opportunity to network with CEOs, senior leaders and key decision makers in the Jamaican and Caribbean business communities.
Keynote Speakers will include the Honourable Pearnel Charles, Minister of Labor and Social Security; and Dr. Leachim Semaj, President/CEO, JobBank Limited.
