JTI (Europe) will be facilitating a trade and investment mission from Europe to Jamaica, which will primarily expose the visiting delegation to investment opportunities in Jamaica and the local business culture.

The delegation is expected to consist of business persons from the Middle East Association, Birmingham and London Chambers of Commerce, Institute of Directors, and the Jamaican Enterprise Network. The event will also benefit from the support of UK Trade and Investment (London, Kingston & Midlands offices) and the Caribbean Council, which notified their members of the mission via their weekly newsletters.

Business meetings and presentations on local industries, projects, investment/partnership opportunities and the business climate have been arranged for the UK delegation. Although the JTI office in London has traditionally facilitated individual investors, this will be the first group mission to Jamaica from Europe.
