WHAT IS THE FAST TRACK FACILITY

In the fast-paced world of export trade and business, time is money.

The JAMPRO Fast Track Facility provides a solution for new and existing exporters who have little or no time to trek around to various public agencies or stand in long lines.

The JAMPRO Fast Track Facility introduces a new world of convenience specifically for new and existing exporters, who can now conduct more of their export related transactions under one roof, in the convenience of JAMPRO’s offices in Kingston and Montego Bay.

With the introduction of the Facility, JAMPRO has effectively expanded the range of services to its export clients, by providing greater access to select services of seven (7) key public sector partners involved in the trade facilitation process. They are The Trade Board, Jamaica Customs Department, Bureau of Standards Jamaica, Companies Office of Jamaica, Jamaica Intellectual Property Office, Ministry of Agriculture (Plant Quarantine, Veterinary Services Division), and the National Environmental Planning Agency.

JAMPRO will facilitate a number of services ranging from advice and support on export advisory services and procedures to the processing of applications and acceptance of fees for various licences, permits and certificates. Export clients will also have the added benefit of gaining access to key liaison officers in each agency from the convenience of JAMPRO offices to assist with any technical information and/or other export related information, should the need arise.
