  • Factories Corporation of Jamaica - This government agency has primary responsibility for the development and management of industrial and commercial space in the public sector.
  • Companies Office of Jamaica – This agency seeks to enhance trade and commerce through the efficient registration and regulation of businesses and the provision of accurate information. 
  • Jamaica Business Development Corporation (JBDC) – The JBDC seeks to provide business and technical support services across the spectrum, from guiding business start-ups to a wide range of consultancy advice for established businesses.
  • Scientific Research Council (SRC) – The SRC is Jamaica’s principal public sector agency with responsibility for fostering and coordination of scientific research and the promotion of its application.
  • HEART Trust/NTA – This statutory body operates 29 Technical and Vocational Education and Training locations which focus on providing a variety of training options to ALL Jamaicans seeking to advance their career options.
  • Jamaica Manufacturers’ Association (JMA) – The JMA was established to promote the development of the manufacturing sector and increase its contribution to the socio-economic welfare of the country by creating jobs and improving the standard of living for all.
  • Bureau of Standards Jamaica (BSJ) – The BSJ is a statutory body established by The Standards Act of 1969 to promote and encourage standardization in relation to commodities, processes and practices.
