TENDER INVITATION
LOTUS NOTES SYSTEM DEVELOPER
Jamaica Trade and Invest (JTI) invites bids from qualified Lotus Notes system developers for the upgrading of the agency’s corporate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
ELIGIBILITY FOR TENDER
Interested parties must:

1. Be registered with the National Contracts Commission (NCC) in the appropriate category and in possession of a valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC)

2. Possess a strong cadre of tertiary trained professional developers with formal certification in Information Systems and/or Computer Science and at least three (3) years experience in Lotus Notes Application.

3. Demonstrate institutional capacity and resources to undertake the project.
COLLECTION OF TENDERS
Tender documents may be collected from the JTI Head Office at 18 Trafalgar Road, Kingston 10. Documents will be available from Monday, October 6, 2008, between the hours of 9AM and 4.00 PM.
RETURN OF TENDERS
Tender documents are to be returned to the Head Office Building by Monday, October 20, 2008 at 3.00 PM.
OPENING OF TENDERS
Tenders will be opened at 3.30 PM, Monday, October 20, 2008 at JTI/JAMPRO, 18 Trafalgar Road, Kingston 10. Bidders or their representatives are invited to attend the opening.
